Design Fees-

Recently, I staged a house in Taos, New Mexico. The house
sold the day of the caravan for full asking price. Current market listings
are taking an average of 320 days (or more) to sell. What made the difference?

impersonal enough to not infringe on a buyer’s own sense of style. I de-clutter,

Staging Fees-

If more work is needed other than just editing the house
contents and doing a little rearranging, I am available at an hourly
rate. I attempt to use sellers own things, in some situations I
suggest purchasing a few key items that may then be used in the sellers new
